What is the difference between a Core Portfolio and a Qualification Portfolio?
- A Core Portfolio is comprised of a fundraiser’s assigned prospects outside of qualification. A Qualification Portfolio is comprised of a fundraiser’s qualification prospects that have qualification plans attached. Qualification Portfolio prospects are assigned by the Prospect Management team and are usually brought into portfolio from Portfolio Building or Qualification Pools.
Why is the “Prospect” tab missing on a Constituent Record in BBEC?
- If a “Prospect” tab is missing, it means a Prospect Constituency needs to be added to the record. This can be done by selecting the “Personal Info” tab > “Constituencies” > “+ Add” > “+Prospect”. The “Prospect” tab should appear after refreshing the page.
How do I request assignment, removal, or reassignment of a prospect in BBEC?
- You can make assignment, removal, or reassignment requests by submitting a BU DAR Prospect Manager Request.
Can you see if someone is in a Qualification Pool in BBEC?
- No. Qualification Pool prospects are built outside of BBEC. Qualification Pool prospects will only show in BBEC if a fundraiser requests to add them to their Qualification Pool, as that fundraiser will be assigned to that prospect.
Can Referrals be used outside of Qualification Plans?
- Yes. An Outcome of “Referral” can be chosen for any interaction in BBEC, not just those tied to a Qualification Plan. The Prospect Management team reviews referrals on a monthly cadence.
